The X-Plane Mobile apps are built on a flight model that is 95% as accurate as the one in the desktop simulator--that is, 95% as accurate as the flight model used by companies like Boeing, NASA, Van's Aircraft, Carter Aviation, and more.
X-Plane Mobile, just like X-Plane Desktop, works by breaking down an aircraft into a number of small pieces. It calculates the forces acting on those pieces individually to move the aircraft.
