As is sometimes the case, Lancair and RDD did such a good job on the parts before I even got them that I COULD get away with doing a little bit less work. BUT, I want to be involved in every signle part on the airplane, so now it is time to sand some of that bodywork off the gear doors!


...and check their fit into the wing....

And attach the mounting brackets...

...which are simply bolts going through the wing skin and bracket, attaching to nuts on the other side.
