WorldEditor (WED)
WED is an open source 2-d scenery and airport editor for X-Plane. It can be used to customize literally anything outside of the aircraft itself. This user-friendly tool requires no programming experience but also allows the experienced developer to get as detailed as they would like.

Plane Maker
Plane Maker is a program bundled with X-Plane that lets users create and edit their own aircraft. Create aircraft that exist in real life or only in imagination and see how they would fly in the real world. Or update existing aircraft to make them more like the real thing.
