The lawsuit is filed to be heard in Tyler, Texas.
I am in South Carolina.
Google, the company that provided me with the source code for which I am being sued, is in California.
Uniloc claims at it’s web site to be in Luxembourg.
So why is Uniloc suing me in Tyler, Texas?
